Lordleaze is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable hotel located between the three counties of Dorset, Somerset and Devon. Although finding it would be a challenge, were it not very well ‘signposted’, through a series of twists and turns towards the lushly verdant outskirts of Chard. Formerly an 18th century farmhouse The Lordleaze offers cosiness and unfussy conviviality coupled with contemporary efficiency.

The Owen family ensure that guests are warmly welcomed; fed with generosity and flair from locally sourced and freshly cooked ingredients served in the canopied conservatory and adjoining dining room. There are ground floor bedrooms available for comfort and easy access.

You are welcome to bring your pet to the hotel, for a fee of £5 per night.
