Dating from the 15th century, Collaven Manor stands in four acres of picturesque gardens and paddocks. It has been sympathetically restored to cater for discerning guests. On entering the manor via the Baronial Reception Hall, the visitor is greeted by a feeling of warmth and comfort, enhanced by log fires in winter and cooled by medieval thick walls in summer. The Hamilton Restaurant offers a 3-course dinner and coffee changing daily, with the emphasis on the 'Best of British' cuisine, with Continental and Oriental influences.
