Set in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park and just over one mile from the medieval town of Conwy. Sychnant Pass House is ideally situated. The area is one of rural beauty and serenity with unfenced roads, roaming sheep and wild ponies. It is a haven for walkers with the North Wales coastal path just a stroll away. Locally the amenities include golf, sailing, paragliding and horse riding. There are excellent beaches, and Conwy Castle, Penryn Castle and Bodnant Gardens are nearby. The house stands in two acres of lawns and gardens with a stream running through. Lovely sitting rooms with comfy sofas and beautiful pictures; an 800-strong video library and wonderful food served in the candlelit restaurant nourishes the body and a warm welcome embraces the spirit. It has an excellent local reputation, uses much local produce and the soda bread is home made. The house is run very much as a home by the new owners who fell in love with the area when on a visit.
