ABOUT PETERSTONE COURT RESTAURANT WITH ROOMS & SPA

An elegant Georgian manor house overlooking the river Usk, Peterstone Court enjoys an amazing location with views across the valley to South Wales’ highest peak Pen-y-Fan. This is no clichéd country house. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal with oak floors, marble staircases, classic and contemporary furniture, leather armchairs, all set off with fresh flowers and modern art.

Bedrooms are large and luxurious in the main house and there are four outside in the converted stable block, all with crisp linen, comfy mattresses, flat screen TV and DVD players. The food is fresh, local and seasonal. Head chef Ian Sampson presides in the AA   restaurant.  The owners’ family farm, only 7 miles away, provides a unique and sustainable source of meat.

The basement leisure suite includes a Moroccan ‘chill-out’ room, a four seater sauna, jacuzzi and gym, with a whole range of natural and organic spa treatments on offer. Outside there’s a heated pool (seasonal) and wooden decks with glorious views of the Brecon Beacons, and you’re only yards away from famous biking and hiking trails.
