Falcondale Mansion is approached from two directions, from the south up the Teify Valley along a mile-long drive flanked bv dazzling rhododendrons and azalea bushes. Bedrooms are very comfortable with DVD players and modem points and modern bathrooms en suite. They are furnished with antiques and soft fabrics and most overlook the lawns and gardens. Falcondale’s central location in this largely undiscovered part of South-West Wales makes it an ideal base from which to explore the rugged mountains to the north and the moor lands and coastal paths around Aberaeron to the west.
