Sudeley Castle
Sudeley has had a fascinating history for over 1000 years, being best known perhaps for having been the home and final resting place of Katherine Parr, Henry VIII’s sixth wife. The award winning gardens have something to show throughout the year, including impressive topiary and a knot garden. A number of exhibitions feature the work of the Victorian Emma Dent. There is a childrens’ play area with wooden fort and zip wire. Licensed for civil weddings. There is a church in the grounds.
Open daily 30 Mar-1 Nov. Winter grps by appt. Admission: adults £7.20/children £4.20/concessions £6.20.
