Polesden Lacey

Originally a regency villa, Polesden Lacy was extended in 1906 by Mrs Ronald Greville and became a centre for Edwardian entertaining, including the King himself. There is a fine collection of paintings, porcelain, tapestries, silver and fine furniture. The 1400 acre grounds include a walled rose garden, lawns and landscaped walks and have fine views over the North Downs.
