Cowdray Park
Cowdray is an important remnant of a Tudor nobleman’s house. Set within the stunning Cowdray Park, the house was partly gutted by fire in the late 18th century. Gatehouse, chapel, kitchens, grand hall, store room and cellars can be explored today. The park is now one of the South-East’s major polo venues and other activities, concerts etc take place in the summer months.
