Picture postcard castle built in 1385 and still intact outside. The inside is a ruin but visitors can climb some of the towers to enjoy views over the surrounding countryside. Bodiam’s past comes to life in a new introductory film and exhibition. Restored traction engines are on display at the nearby Quarry Farm Rural Experience.
