One of the oldest coaching inns in Scotland, the Huntly Arms was first built in 1432 and has played host to Jacobite leaders as well as Queen Victoria. Located in the heart of Royal Deeside, the hotel has retained much of its character and is a good centre for golfers, fishermen and those wanting to follow the Castle Trail. Other nearby country pursuits include gliding, golf, water ski-ing and cycling. The hotel's popular restaurant serves a selection of fantastic food, drawn where possible from local sources and complemented by a fine wine and spirits list.
