Pool House is an unashamedly luxurious all-suite hotel on the shores of Loch Ewe, in one of the most remote and beautiful locations of Wester Ross. The original 17 bedrooms have been transformed into seven luxury suites. The Harrison daughters scour the world for antiques, nautical relics and reproductions to put in these sumptuous rooms. Bathrooms have free standing Victorian baths and large power showers; log fires burn in the sitting areas; magazines, books, fruit and flowers abound. The indulgence continues in the dining room, where the cuisine is supervised by chef John Moir who makes best use of his own vegetables and locally caught salmon and scallops, Scottish beef and venison.
