Fishmore Hall
Laura Penman, who used to assist Ian Taylor at Cotswold House in Chipping Campden, opened Fishmore Hall in 2008.
It is the latest culinary gem in the Ludlow crown. Chef David Jaram offers a modern take on classic dishes, using local suppliers wherever possible. Menus range from a 3-course a la carte, through a 6-course Taste of the Marches menu, to a 10-course Gourmand menu.
The Restaurant has recently been extended and added a further 10 tables. Bedrooms, including one ground floor one adapted for disabled guests, are luxurious, with Frette linen, flat screen TVs and cascade showers. Fishmore, a refurbished Regency property, overlooks open countryside on the North-Eastern perimeter of the town and is the perfect setting for a romantic break, a wedding, conference or dinner.
