March 2011 : Friendly, unobtrusive team. Although rather expensive, I rate this hotel highly for its friendly, unobtrusive and helpful team. The room itself was large, comfortable and well appointed.

July 2010 : Beautiful & elegant hotel. loved it! Bed was super comfortable with feather pillows - the atmosphere was very relaxing. Not keen on Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries however everything else was superb and the staff went the extra mile to help me out.
