Clarice House is a residential spa set within a neo-Jacobean mansion in 20 acres of grounds.
The 13 superbly furnished bedrooms each have their own individual style and character. The restaurant offers a wide menu of delicious dishes, with a vegetarian option and a detox menu plan if desired. The Spa itself is 21st century state-of-the-art at its most appealing with swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room.
The gymnasium has an advanced computer system, Fitlinxx, which gives guests a virtual training partner.
The dance studio offers classes including Studio Cycling, Monanae and Power Yoga as well as more traditional classes in Pilates, Step Aerobics and Callenetics. January 2012 : I was recently very lucky to spend an afternoon, night and following day at Clarice House. I had gone for an overnight Spa break but got much more than I bargained for. If you want a spa break, beautiful hotel and exquisite food, then you don’t have to go to the big cities or pay exorbitant prices.

December 2011 : I stayed with my best friend. We had an overnight package including a luxury room (Lucerne), dinner, breakfast and lunch with a treatment included. Hotel itself is fabulous and we made full use of the pool, spa area and gym whilst we were there. All the food was exceptional also. Was very pleased and great value for money.
