Treglos Hotel
Overlooking the broad sandy sweep of Constantine Bay and Trevose Head, Treglos offers an ideal base from which to explore the North Cornish coast; that is if you can bear to leave the hotel. Owned by the Barlow family for 40 years Treglos is welcoming and friendly.
The tastefully decorated bedrooms are inviting, many with stunning sea views across the bay. Guests may choose between ‘Glo’ treatments in the hotels’ spa or dip in the glorious indoor pool and Hot Tub or go to one of the eight nearby golf courses, or indeed to the hotel’s own course at Mawgan Porth.
Numerous coastal paths are a step away. Unwind in the conservatory, take tea on the terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens or dine in the highly rated Quie's restaurant where Paul Becker presides. Herbs from the kitchen garden and fresh local fish help to create many of the appetizing dishes. Treglos is traditional, relaxing, invigorating, hospitable and fun, making it very difficult to leave and also unforgettable.
For those who prefer to self-cater but still enjoy all the facilities the hotel has to offer, there are two and four person apartments and 'Little Treglos', a 4-person bungalow in the grounds of the hotel.

Hotel reviews
December 2011 : We visited the Treglos Hotel and found it to be a little jem for our weekend away. The food was amazing and our room had everything you could want including a sea view.

November 2011 : Just returned from a four night stay at Treglos. Had a nice room with sea view and the location is ideal for walking being a short distance from the coastal path. The menu was somewhat traditional with little flair but the quality of the food could not be faulted.
Sep2009 : We have stayed at this hotel on the spectacular North Cornwall coast for many years. If you want noise, gambling drunken nights in jeans and a t shirt then please don`t go to Treglos. The rooms were excellent. Jim and Rose Barlow run an excellent hotel, so if you want a beautiful setting, excellent food and wine, and a warm welcome do please stay at Treglos.
