The Lugger
The Lugger sits in its own unspoiled cove on the rugged South Coast of Cornwall, between St Mawes and Mevagissy. The Cornwall Coastal Path runs just in front of it.
The 22-bedroom hotel has recently been transformed following a major renovation. Individual contemporarily decorated bedrooms have such luxuries as de luxe showers and bed linen and huge bath towels.
The hotel was recently voted Best Seaside Hotel by The Sunday Times. The Seboni Spa is a good way to soothe away the stresses of modern life. Trained therapists are on hand to advise on treatments.

July 2011 : We stayed one night at this hotel, and found the facilities and staff excellent. The hotel location is idyllic, with restaurant and bar and outside terrace overlooking the small harbour. Facilities in the bedroom excellent.

July 2011 : A very special place for celebrating a special event. We sat watching the sea from the balcony with a glass of champagne, it was so quiet, just the waves lapping the shore. Then a fantastic supper and early to bed.
