Risley Hall prospered into the Manor House it is today in Georgian times. A feature of the property is the 16th century Baronial Hall, now restored to its former splendour and popular for weddings and special occasions. The 35 bedroom hotel enjoys a quiet setting in 17 acres of private grounds, yet is only 20 minutes from both Derby and Nottingham city centres and five minuets from the M1 (junc. 25). Six years ago 19 executive suites were added and these are named after composers: The Britten Suite, The Bach Suite and so on.
