The Dial House Hotel

In the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, one of the prettiest Cotswold villages, is The Dial House, a 17th century mellow stone small country house hotel. The cosy, beamed restaurant enjoys an excellent local reputation and has been awarded AA   rosettes for cuisine. In winter a log fire burns in the lounge. In summer, guests can relax in the one and a half acre garden. Two of the 15 country-style bedrooms have four-poster beds and flowers, chocolates and champagne can be arranged too for that special occasion. Bourton is well placed for touring the Cotswolds and is handy for Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Stratford and Oxford.
