The original Branston Hall was built in 1735 although the present building dates from 1885. It sits in 88 acres of its own parkland and woodland and has been the subject of considerable refurbishment in recent years to make it a leading light in the area. The hotel retains the high ceilings and spacious feel of the Victorian era. Dining is either in the AA award winning Lakeside Restaurant or in the less formal Melville Bar area. Most bedrooms overlook the lake and grounds and reflect the architecture of the original building. Branston Hall is a popular and romantic venue for a wedding reception and an ideal location for large and small conferences, it is also ideal for those visiting Lincoln on business or pleasure.
