milsoms Kesgrave Hall

Kesgrave Hall is the latest jewel in the Milsoms crown - see Maison Talbooth, The Pier at Harwich and milsoms in the Essex part of this website.  It is a former Grade II Georgian mansion which has been transformed into a contemporary dining experience backed up by 23 stylish bedrooms.  When our inspector had lunch, the terrace and dining room were heaving with contented diners.  The menu is imaginative and eclectic, ranging from a tasty sandwich to fresh fish from Harwich and beef from neighbouring farms - all served cheerfully and efficiently. Bedrooms are divided into four categories: standard, superior, deluxe and 'principal'. All are quiet and luxurious, with crisp linen and fluffy towels.  Nestling in 38 acres of parkland, Kesgrave Hall is the perfect base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the surrounding towns and villages as well as being a good business base - easily accessible from the A12.  There are 3 private meeting / dining rooms including The Mess & The Lodge.
