Built in 1561, the Cornwallis is a wonderful retreat, offering food and drink of exceptional quality and superb accommodation. Nestled in over 20 acres of gardens and approached down a long lime tree bordered drive, this former dower house, set amongst splendid yew topiaries and a picturesque water garden, radiates charm and character. A feature of the hotel is the Tudor Bar which serves ales from the cask and appetising meals sourced from the best Norfolk producers.
