You will enter a stylish hall, passing an open plan dining area, and take the lift to your light airy bedroom, which may have a sea view and possibly a separate lounge or dining area. The emphasis in the hotel’s AA rosette dining room is on flexibility and informality. The menu offers a variety of dishes using local produce complimented by a selected wine list. With seafood and grills a speciality, the Brudenell concentrates on wonderful food, simply prepared. With its striking yet relaxed décor, friendly staff and mouth watering food and drink, the Brudenell is a place you will want to return to.
